1. The promotion applies only to the purchase of 4 or more Bridgestone or Firestone branded Passenger, 4WD and Light Truck Tyres in one transaction between 19/10/08 and 21/11/08.
2. The promotion only applies for purchases made at the following retail sellers of Bridgestone Product: Bob Jane T-Marts, Bridgestone Select, Bridgestone Service Centres, Bridgestone Tyre Centres, JAXQuickfit Tyres, Kmart Tyre & Auto Service and Tyrepower.
3. The promotion commences at 9.00 am on Sunday the 19th October and closes at 5:00 pm on Friday the 21st November 2008. (“Promotion Period”)
4. Your gift card cashback claim form must be submitted electronically before 12/12/08 , and printed and posted, together with the receipt, to Bridgestone Cashback, P.O. Box 444, Balmain, NSW, 2041 before 19/12/08.
5. Employees and immediate family of Bridgestone Australia Ltd. and its management, subsidiary companies, retailers and agencies are ineligible for gift card cashback. Government, wholesale and fleet customers of Bridgestone Australia Ltd. are ineligible for gift card cashback.
6. The promoter accepts no responsibility for claims lost in the post.
7. You should expect to receive your Universal Gift Card about 1 month after submitting the claim form, but it may take longer – please contact us if you have not received it within 2 months.
8. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
9. The promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this gift card cashback promotion (including eligibility for the gift card cashback and verification of claims) is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Your submission of the gift card cashback claim form will be deemed acceptance of these terms & conditions.
